Services for Our Ward Member
Eleanor Barton, our beloved ward member, friend, and neighbor, passed away on July 6, 2023. Our love and condolences go out to the Snows and their family. We will miss Eleanor deeply from the time she spent serving in the Silvercrest Ward.
Here are the scheduled services honoring Eleanor’s life and memory:
- Evening Viewing – Monday, July 31, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Canyon View Stake Center, located at 9119 South 1300 E Sandy, UT 84094
- Morning Viewing – Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Canyon View Stake Center
- Funeral Service – Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Canyon View Stake Center
- Family Luncheon afterwards at 12:00 p.m. at the stake center
- Interment – following the luncheon at approximately 2:30 p.m., Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in the Gilcrest Section, located at 3401 Highland Dr. Millcreek, UT 84106

Luncheon Volunteers Needed
Sister Barton was blessed with a lot of family members who are planning to attend. Extra help will be needed to provide food and service for the family luncheon.
