With patronage ramping up at the Draper Temple, there is a dire need for new church service missionaries to help provide temple clothing to patrons. These callings are initiated by members going to the Church’s website and signing up for a potential Church Service Missionary calling.
Volunteers are needed for all days, Tuesday through Saturday, with an acute need for Fridays and Saturdays, especially in the evenings. The temple laundry has shifts as short as four hours or as long as eight.
Members who serve in the laundry will tell you that service in the laundry is indeed a joy, and a labor of love that makes a real and tangible difference in supporting the work of redeeming the dead.
